VALIDITY FOR EXCHANGES & RETURNS
All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 30 days of the invoice date for Isiro Canada orders. For local deliveries, there is an option to exchange at any of our stores within Canada or through our online portal at www.isiro.ca. All requests for returns however, would need to be strictly made online at www.isiro.ca for both local and overseas deliveries. Customers are responsible for any return shipping charges using any carrier of your choice.
